Updating my prior review with a more recent experience.I brought them back for more tree trimming. We walked the project & confirmed scope. Then walked it again after the work was completed to make sure I was happy with the work.Crew showed up on time & worked very carefully removing a tree overhanging the roof.We did a walk around to confirm the scope of work.Very happy with the results.

American Advance Tree Company is extremely professional, efficient, and prompt. We had a rather large tree removed from our front yard. Payton Lund came out right away, gave us a quote and set up a time for removal. He was patient and answered all questions.During the entire tree removal, the company was neat, organized and careful!! We have utilized American Advanced Tree's services for the second year in a row. When we purchased our house, there was a great deal of tree work that had to happen. Some of the trees were in very difficult locations to access. Kevin & his company came with all the right equipment to handle everything. Our yard was left cleaner than when they arrived. They even placed the logs down our driveway for a really nice effect. Their service is 10 out of 10 would recommend.

These guys know exactly what needs to happen. On the spot to accurately quote and complete the job! They even went to the extra mile and placed all of the cuts in a neat area I asked them to. American Advance Tree are a group of professionals. I called and was lucky enough the same day were able to give me an estimate on removing a few trees. Kevin gave us multiple options. Price was fair and luckily Kevin and Payton were out within 2 day to get us taken care of. They were very respectful of the property and were a pleasure to work with. American Advance Tree Service was very Professional, Fast and Efficient. We had a dying tree close to our house. We had tried to get estimates from a couple other services, without success.. no one would call us back or even come out for the estimate. We called American Advanced Tree Service and Justin answered the phone right away to make the appointment. Peyton and Kevin were calling us back to confirm, all within 24hr. They were very considerate to our tree service needs. Within 5 business days of our call Peyton and crew came out and cut down our dead tree. American advnce tree service is the best very professional, I just wanted them drop the tree on the the ground and thats all but Kevin went above and beyond that he moved everything out of the way to give me access to my driveway , I highly recommend kevin ,if you need tree work done ,don't waste time looking around just call American Advance.

Love the guys at American Advanced Tree. It's our third time to use them in 11 years at our home. This time it was a crazy complicated job involving a tree of ours that had grown over the chimney of a neighbor's house. Everyone operated with extreme caution and care and it was taken care of in just two days. We would never use anyone else for tree work

Definitely experts at what they do. A difficult and nerve racking job in my yard. Huge tree over house. Electric lines. Also dropped and removed 2 large tall pine trees, dropped them exactly where intended. They showed up when they said they would and did the work they said they'd do. Iv been putting this off a long time, it's a relief it's finished and scratched off the list. Very polite to me and my family. Look no further.

I’m a widow , and sometimes we get taken advantage of .I had a very large limb “healthy” fall off a big old oak tree . It was a beautiful day too.I search the internet for a tree service to clean up the mess and wanted a arborist to tell me why it had fallen. I had reached out to several companies some were months out . But then I got a call from American Advance Tree Service to schedule an appointment. Kevin the owner came out the next day , and he is the owner . Very professional and knowledgeable. He told me my big oak was dying , someone had previously cut on the tree and left a pocket that rain could get inside the tree and was rotting from the inside out . It would eventually fall and when it did it would take out my house . We then walked my property and found another tree that was sick as well as several that needed to be cleaned up .Kevin made notes and went to his vehicle and was able to print out a quote and make me a packet with everything I needed to know , like being insured to the max . A good thing to know .They were very busy as it was their busy season , but was able to get me worked in quickly . So he was first to bid and I had two other companies to come out . Both companies made appointments but never showed up . Called Kevin and gave him the green light .Now that was such a wonderful experience , but what came next was truly amazing.I’m on social security so I was able to be at home when the crew arrived to do the work ! I had written the young men’s name down but I can’t remember what I did with it . Team work is what I witnessed as well as engineering. Ta take down a huge tree that shaded my house without any of it hitting the house . They were amazing to watch . Every piece of of all the trees hauled off and my yard was clean .In a couple of days a stump remover came , again the same amazing work .I highly recommend this company . And yes the oak was rotten , if not taken down would eventually have fallen on my house . Thank you American Advance Tree !Sent from my iPad

This company does very good work. They trimmed 2 trees for us with minimal impact to our lawn & cleaned up well. Really appreciated their customer service, very friendly and communicative.*Update* Months later, our trees have grown in very nicely. The Crepe Myrtle has a beautiful shape!

Our house is surrounded by a rich forest and several giant trees were stretched out over our roof and leaning towards the house. Kevin inspected them and advised to raise the canopy and did not have to remove any of these beautiful specimens. I would highly recommend Kevin and American Advance Tree service.
