I was VERY happy with the service we got with American Advance Tree!We had a very tricky situation with a large tree needing to be removed (before it fell) along the fence to our captive deer enclosure. Not only did they need to figure out how to drop the tree without damaging the fence or the structures within the enclosure, we had to make sure to keep the deer calm during the cutting.They were VERY respectful and careful with everything I asked in keeping the deer calm, while I sat with them. They were prepared to halt the work, if needed, to give the deer a 'moment' to settle back down. They did everything I asked exactly how I described to them and the deer came through the experience just fine AND the tree landed EXACTLY where it was planned to go.This was a scary moment for me in many ways. The extra care they took made ALL the difference. I highly recommend them for any tree service after seeing how they work.

I wouldn’t exactly say my tree was easy to get to. I should have removed it before building my house, but hey I was trying to save money. American Advance Tree and Payton made it look easy. Two weeks ago a wind blast from south east partially uprooted an 80 foot high sweet gum tree. The tree leaned over at a 45 degree angle and the upper part came to rest on two smaller trees near the end of a mobile home.It was a precarious situationAmerican Advance Tree Service rightly analyzed what to do and carefully cut up and removed the tree with no damage to any of the three structures near by. They had only very narrow access to the tree. Their equipment worked well.My thanks to them for a job well done. Their price was less than other quotes, too.

I called American Advance Tree right after Helene passed through concerning a pecan tree that would need to come down. We weren't in an emergency situation, but Payton came out a few days later to see what needed to be done. He gave me a quote, and we agreed to have them do the work. Kevin even came out to assess the situation and made some suggestions. Payton and Blaze came recently and removed the tree. They were so efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and did it all safely. Before they left, they cleaned up. I am so pleased with the work they did and will definitely call them again if I need their expertise. I definitely recommend them for any tree work!!

We have utilized American Advanced Tree's services for the second year in a row. When we purchased our house, there was a great deal of tree work that had to happen. Some of the trees were in very difficult locations to access. Kevin & his company came with all the right equipment to handle everything. Our yard was left cleaner than when they arrived. They even placed the logs down our driveway for a really nice effect. Their service is 10 out of 10 would recommend.

American Advance Tree Service was very Professional, Fast and Efficient. We had a dying tree close to our house. We had tried to get estimates from a couple other services, without success.. no one would call us back or even come out for the estimate. We called American Advanced Tree Service and Justin answered the phone right away to make the appointment. Peyton and Kevin were calling us back to confirm, all within 24hr. They were very considerate to our tree service needs. Within 5 business days of our call Peyton and crew came out and cut down our dead tree. Love the guys at American Advanced Tree. It's our third time to use them in 11 years at our home. This time it was a crazy complicated job involving a tree of ours that had grown over the chimney of a neighbor's house. Definitely experts at what they do. A difficult and nerve racking job in my yard. Huge tree over house. Electric lines. Also dropped and removed 2 large tall pine trees, dropped them exactly where intended. They showed up when they said they would and did the work they said they'd do. I’m a widow , and sometimes we get taken advantage of .I had a very large limb “healthy” fall off a big old oak tree . It was a beautiful day too.I search the internet for a tree service to clean up the mess and wanted a arborist to tell me why it had fallen. I had reached out to several companies some were months out . But then I got a call from American Advance Tree Service to schedule an appointment. Kevin the owner came out the next day , and he is the owner . Very professional and knowledgeable. He told me my big oak was dying , someone had previously cut on the tree and left a pocket that rain could get inside the tree and was rotting from the inside out . It would eventually fall and when it did it would take out my house . We then walked my property and found another tree that was sick as well as several that needed to be cleaned up .Kevin made notes and went to his vehicle and was able to print out a quote and make me a packet with everything I needed to know , like being insured to the max . A good thing to know .They were very busy as it was their busy season , but was able to get me worked in quickly . So he was first to bid and I had two other companies to come out . Both companies made appointments but never showed up . Called Kevin and gave him the green light .Now that was such a wonderful experience , but what came next was truly amazing.I’m on social security so I was able to be at home when the crew arrived to do the work ! I had written the young men’s name down but I can’t remember what I did with it . Team work is what I witnessed as well as engineering. Ta take down a huge tree that shaded my house without any of it hitting the house . They were amazing to watch . Every piece of of all the trees hauled off and my yard was clean .In a couple of days a stump remover came , again the same amazing work .I highly recommend this company .
